The operator of the Liquid Life Nutrition website, hereinafter referred to as LLN, takes the protection of the personal data of its customers very seriously. For this reason, the protection and lawful collection, processing and use of customer data are important issues for LLN, in particular compliance with the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act. LLN therefore only uses the personal data of its customers

If LLN requires the consent of its customers for the use of personal data, the customer must give it explicitly. Such data collection takes place in particular in the following cases:

  • when ordering the online course and individual coaching (especially last name, first name, address, email address, date of birth,

The personal data that LLN stores and processes about its customers is generally collected directly from the customer and not from third parties.

1. Collection of personal data to process the agreement on the online course and individual coaching

Eva Hunger processes customer data in particular to process the order and as part of the online course and individual coaching as well as to process the payment. In particular, but not finally, the processing is conceivable when granting further necessary usage rights beyond the usual scope of the contract, to check the creditworthiness and to fulfill storage obligations in accordance with the Tax Code and the Federal Data Protection Act.

2. Supplementary consent to the use of personal data

In addition to the processing of customer data as an accompanying administrative task to implement the contractual relationship between LLN and its customers, LLN also uses customer data with the customer's consent within the scope of the consent to communicate with the customer about orders, certain products or marketing campaigns and products or services recommended that could be of interest to the customer (marketing measures).

3. Collection of static data

Statistical data that LLN collects when you visit the website, for example, and that cannot be directly linked to the customer, are not included here. For example, LLN keeps statistics on how many users visit certain pages of the website.

4. Disclosure to third parties / order data processing

Personal data of LLN's customers will only be passed on or transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract execution or billing (in the present case in particular PayPal) or the customer has consented to such further use. Under no circumstances will the collected data be sold.

We have signed a contract with our email marketing service provider Hubspot for the order data processing procedure. This ensures that our service provider complies with the strict requirements of German data protection law in all respects when sending the newsletter.

II. Data processing on this website in detail

The following information and explanation gives LLN customers an overview of how LLN handles the protection of personal data and what type of data is collected and for what purpose. The respective use is divided thematically into the areas of different surveys of data below.

1. Server log files

Eva Hunger automatically collects and stores in server log files from website users as information about the user that the user's browser transmits to LLN. These are transferred data volumes, type and version of the internet browser used, operating system used, the previously visited page (referrer URL), the host name (IP address) of the accessing computer and the time of the server request. However, LLN cannot assign this data to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. The data obtained in this way is only evaluated statistically and cannot be traced back to specific website users in order to further improve surfing on the LLN website for website users. The IP addresses of website users are deleted or anonymized after use has ended. In the case of anonymization, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that the individual details about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person, or only with a disproportionate amount of time, costs and manpower. If necessary, LLN evaluates the log file data in anonymous form in order to further improve its website technically and to make it more user-friendly, to find and correct errors faster and to control server capacities.

2. Storage of IP addresses

For certain reasons, the LLN website stores the visitor's IP address in full form with time and date for legal reasons. For the LLN website, this is particularly the case when subscribing to the newsletter

Customers or subscribers to the newsletter hereby consent to LLN storing their IP address with the time and date of registration when registering for the newsletter and combining it with the personal data specified for receiving the newsletter. 3. Storage of cookies

Cookies are used when visiting the LLN website. Cookies are small files that are stored on the website visitor's computer and contain certain settings and data for exchange with the LLN system via the user's browser. The storage of cookies helps LLN to design its website and offers for the website user accordingly and makes it easier for website users to use it, for example by storing certain entries in such a way that the website user does not have to constantly repeat and re-enter them.

On another visit, it is then automatically recognized that the website visitor has already been on the LLN website and which entries and settings he prefers. These temporary or permanent cookies (lifespan usually 1 month to 10 years) are stored on the hard disk of the website user and, if there is no manual deletion beforehand, they are deleted automatically after the time specified for the respective cookie. Cookies do no harm to a user's computer and contain no viruses. In particular, these cookies serve to make the offer of LLN more user-friendly, more effective and more secure. The exclusive purpose of these cookies is to adapt LLN's offer to the customer's wishes as best as possible and to make surfing the LLN website as comfortable as possible for the user. Accepting cookies is not a prerequisite for visiting the LLN website. However, LLN points out that the use of the order mask to order the training program is only possible if LLN is permitted to set cookies.

No personal data is stored in the cookies used by LLN. The cookies used by LLN can therefore not be assigned to a specific person. When the cookie is activated, an identification number is assigned to it. An assignment of personal data to this identification number is not possible at any time and is not carried out. The name, IP address or similar data that would enable the cookie to be assigned to website users are never made. 4. Newsletter

With the newsletter, LLN provides interested parties with up-to-date information on the subjects of personal development, goal setting and achievement, and vision. If a prospect, as long as he is not a customer, wants to receive the newsletter and other information, LLN needs a valid email address from this, as well as information that allows LLN to verify that the prospect is the owner of the email address provided or their Owner agrees to receive the newsletter and other information. Further data is not collected. The data collected is used for the purpose of compiling and sending the newsletter.

If the newsletter customer is already a customer of LLN or if the newsletter is ordered at the same time as the online course and individual coaching is ordered, LLN can also send customer data from orders and - if known - from visits to the LLN website for sending the newsletter to process.

The customer or interested party agrees to receive e-mail that LLN stores and / or links the above-mentioned data about him. The customer / interested party can revoke the consent of the customer or interested party to store the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter and current information at any time!

This data collected for sending the newsletter is only used for sending the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties. When registering for the newsletter, LLN saves the IP address and the date of registration. This storage serves solely as evidence in the event that a third party misuses an e-mail address and registers for receiving the newsletter without the knowledge of the authorized party.

To send the newsletter, LLN uses the so-called double opt-in procedure, meaning that LLN will only send the customer / interested party the ordered newsletter by email if the customer / interested party has expressly confirmed to LLN that Business is the newsletter Service should activate. 5. Web tracking through Google Analytics

On the LLN website, information about the surfing behavior of website visitors is collected and stored in anonymous form for marketing purposes. For this purpose, LLN uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (hereinafter: "Google"). For this, Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on the computer of the website user and that enable an analysis of the use of the website by its use. The information generated by the cookie about the usage behavior of website users on this LLN website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
